It all started with a real world problem. If you've ever decided to tackle a boat restoration project, you know the headache we're talking about; rewiring a console with limited space. How do we fit 10 pounds of you know what into a 2 pound bag? As we began to strategize a plan, one of the largest hurdles we struggled with was how much space these huge marine batteries would take up. What if we could reshape them, make them lighter, and mount them along the console wall? The idea lightbulb went off and to the drawing board we went.

Our electrical engineering backgrounds quickly went to work as we drew up a design for a prototype lithium battery in a shape and size we'd never seen before. Slim, lightweight, with brackets that would allow us to easily mount the batteries along our console wall. Our first three prototype batteries arrived and we quickly installed them. They were exactly what we'd hoped for and gave our console a super clean look with so much more usable space. Our problem was solved.

After running the batteries for a couple years with zero issues and tons of interests from fishing buddies, it became apparent we could help other boaters solve the same space issues we had experienced, all while giving them a lightweight and high performance lithium battery to power their next adventure.
