Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product within the specified warranty period. This includes manufacturing defects, structural issues, and component failures. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Period
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. During the first 3 years, our warranty provides full coverage for any eligible defects. After the first 3 years, the warranty coverage is prorated on a yearly basis, providing a decreasing percentage of coverage each subsequent year until the end of the 6-year period.
Warranty Claim Process
If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide your original proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs or videos. Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature and extent of the defect. Please note that any shipping or transportation costs associated with the warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions and Limitations
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use, abuse, or acts beyond our control. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information regarding our warranty policy.
